The healthy homes standards introduce specific and minimum standards in rental properties.

The Residential Tenancies (Healthy Homes Standards) Regulations 2019 became law on 1 July 2019. These standards affect all rental properties in New Zealand. All rental properties must satisfy the Healthy Homes Standards requirements in order to comply. Heating
